salmon and okonomiyaki

I didn’t have any mirin for the Ginger Soy Glazed Salmon – no prob – and tweaked the Okonomiyaki (say my name, say my name – no seriously, say “Okonomiyaki” out loud now, I dare you not to feel happily silly afterwards): no shrimp, less flour, replaced half the cabbage with courgette, and no mayo dip to accompany it. The audience loved it anyways (he went for thirds!) Buy pre-shredded cabbage to save time.
